Scott Shepard, PharmD, RPh, BCSCP, is the manager of pharmacy regulatory and compliance at UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts. Prior to joining UMass Health, he was a Regional Director for a National Home Infusion provider. Scott has worked in sterile compounding and compounding compliance for the last 12 years utilizing a leadership-by-example method to create patient safety driven teams.
