Sarah B. Tierney, PharmD, BCPPS is the pediatric clinical pharmacy manager and previously practiced in the neonatal intensive care unit as the clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. She is also the director of the PGY2 specialty residency in pediatrics at UIHC and an adjunct associate professor at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy.
