Raymond Chan, PharmD, serves as the informatics specialty residency coordinator at Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, VA. He graduated from the University at Buffalo and completed his general PGY1 and pharmacy informatics PGY2 at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and Sentara Healthcare, respectively. In his role as a pharmacy IS specialist, he serves on the Formulary Implementation Group and the Clinical Decision Support Committee, while supporting the integrated EMR/CPOM system (Epic) with a focus on medications and CDS.
