Michelle Martin, CPhT, CSPT, is the pharmacy compounding compliance coordinator at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton in Massachusetts. She has performed sterile compounding in manufacturing, hospital, and home infusion settings and as an adjunct faculty member for the institutional sterile compounding lab at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science.
