Karen V. Youmbi, PharmD, BCPS, is the associate director of ambulatory pharmacy services and regulatory compliance at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from Northeastern University in Boston in 2011. She led the implementation of the first-of-its-kind Pharmacy Technician Residency program at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in 2015. Her professional interests include performance improvement along with practice advancement initiatives.
