Jody Jacobson Wedret, RPh, FASHP, FCSHP is the senior pharmacist working in medication reconciliation and associate clinical professor in both the UCI College of Medicine Division of Family Medicine and the UCSF College of Pharmacy Clinical Practice. She has published a number of articles over the years as well as authoring two books: Building a Successful Collaborative Pharmacy Practice, edited with Marialice Bennett; and the recently published Communication and Management Skills for the Pharmacy Technician.
