Ilka Rodriguez Ratsaphangthong, PharmD, BCPS, is the pharmacy clinical manager for Methodist Dallas Medical Center. She earned her PharmD from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy, completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency with Texas Tech/Dallas VA Hospital, and a PGY2 critical care residency with Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Houston Medical Center. Dr. Ratsaphangthong also is a clinical assistant professor of pharmacy practice for Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy and a clinical instructor for The University of Texas College of Pharmacy. As part of the Methodist Dallas pharmacy department leadership team, Dr. Ratsaphangthong represents clinical pharmacy services on various hospital committees. She develops, implements, and supports clinical services provided by frontline pharmacy staff to optimize safe and effective use of medications throughout the institution.
