Eileen O'Rourke, MPH, MT(ASCP), CIC, is an infection preventionist at Lankenau Medical Center in Pennsylvania. She graduated from Gwynedd-Mercy College with a degree in medical technology and has an MPH from Arcadia University. Eileen has been practicing infection prevention since 1984 and has been certified since 1988. Prior to that, she was a microbiologist for eight years at Episcopal Hospital in Philadelphia.
