Craig L Scott, RPh, is the pharmacy automation manager at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland. He received his BS in microbiology from Michigan State University and BS in pharmacy from Ferris State University. Craig held the position of operations manager for 17 years. For the past 14 years, he has managed the technology of the department full-time, and has been actively involved in implementing the electronic medication administration record, bedside bar code scanning, computerized prescriber order entry, and a decentralized medication distribution model utilizing remote dispensing cabinets.
