Brianna Graham, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, ONC, is the diversion prevention specialist for a nonprofit health system in Northeast Indiana. The system includes 14 hospitals in 2 states, hundreds of physician clinics, inpatient and retail pharmacies, and 16,000 employees. As a diversion prevention specialist, Brianna's responsibilities include drug diversion program development, investigations, monitoring controlled substance compliance, policy creation, and education. She holds a master’s degree in nursing leadership and administration and an ANCC certification in nursing professional development. Brianna is a certified DiSC facilitator mentoring both leaders and clinical staff looking for personal/professional growth and is a member of the diversion organizations IHFDA and NADDI.
