Solid growth continues to define the outsourced marketplace as two thirds of all hospitals now contract out at least some of their compounding. This progression is expected to continue, with the most marked increases to occur in OR syringes, oncology drugs, TPN, electrolyte solutions, and nerve blocks over the next few years.
