RTU products are most commonly assembled by pharmacy staff in a PEC in the cleanroom. Nonetheless, it is important to note that at 36% of facilities, nurses are responsible for assembling these products on the unit.

The vast majority of facilities (97%) plan to increase or maintain their current RTU IV purchasing levels.
