The number of facilities that rely on a manual system to monitor the temperatures of their medication storage continues to shrink; just 17% of hospital pharmacies currently operate without an automated temperature monitoring system. Given the high satisfaction ratings this automation engenders, it is no surprise that most of these facilities (62%) plan to adopt an automated system in the near future.
