Dr. Trent Beach, PharmD, MBA, MHA, FASHP, serves as the clinical pharmacy specialist in performance improvement at the Christiana Care Health System. In this role, he assists with development and implementation of quality, performance improvement, accreditation, and educational initiatives around medication management and pharmacy practice. He has significant experience in innovation, healthcare quality, and accreditation. Currently Trent also serves as a Baldrige examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Performance Excellence Program and as a fellow of the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists.
