Ruth Dapaah-Afriyie, BPharm (Hons), PharmD, BCACP, IHcL, CDOE, CVDOE, is a senior clinical pharmacist specialist at Rhode Island Hospital; the largest affiliate of Lifespan Corporation in Rhode Island. She obtained her Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, West Africa, and her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island. Ruth obtained Healthcare Leadership training and a certificate in Innovative Healthcare Leadership from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Her professional interests include ambulatory care pharmacy practice, leadership development, education of healthcare professionals-in-training, and practice advancement.
