Rubaiyat “Ruby” Zinat is the pharmacist coordinator for adult medicine inpatient pharmacy services at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. She earned her PharmD from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 2018 and then started as a clinical staff pharmacist at Shands. While working full time, Ruby pursued an MBA from Florida State University College of Business in 2021. Having cultivated an interest in operations management and organizational leadership, Ruby enjoys implementing new projects as her department continues to grow.
