Michelle (Shelli) Sadler, PharmD, BCACP, CPh is a pharmacy manager at Lee Health in Fort Myers, Florida where she oversees outpatient and ambulatory pharmacy services across 5 campuses. She obtained her doctorate of pharmacy degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Shelli recently won a health system award for innovation, known as the “Big Idea Bracket Challenge.” Her professional interests include ambulatory pharmacy services, pharmacy leadership, and workforce development.
