Michael Chappell, RPh, is the pharmacy operations supervisor at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He received his BS in pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Previous to his position as operations supervisor at MDMC, Michael was director of pharmacy at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children for 14 years.
