Melissa Augustino, PharmD, BCPS, is the associate director of pharmacy–quality, regulatory, and medication-use systems at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. Melissa completed a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, Maryland and a PGY-2 in medication-use safety at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
