Daniel P. O’Neil, PharmD, MS, is the director of pharmacy at West Virginia University Hospitals. He completed his PharmD at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and his MS in health-system pharmacy administration from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy while completing a combined PGY1/PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration at UNC Medical Center.
