Swisslog Healthcare releases a meds-to-beds pilot program that combines Swisslog Delivery Manager medication tracking software, Savioke Relay delivery robots, and PipelineRx clinical telepharmacy services to provide secure, autonomous robotic delivery of prescribed medication as well as concierge-style medication reconciliation and consulting services conducted at the bedside in preparation for patient discharge. The goal is to improve the overall patient experience and medication adherence in order to reduce 30-day readmissions while driving incremental revenue to outpatient pharmacies.
